Offices, clinics, shops, workshops and light industrial across the Concho Valley — on planned schedules, with a written record against each unit.
The cooling visit, before anybody needs it. Coils, filters, belts, drains, economiser travel and control settings — plus the annual look at the site as a whole.
Anything the survey found. This is the window for change-outs, duct work and crane time, because the building can tolerate a day without cooling.
Reactive. We keep the schedule light on purpose so that the buildings we hold records for get seen the same day.
The heating visit, and every unit heater started. This is the single most useful thing we do for a warehouse all year.
Freeze protection, planning and budgeting. Quiet enough to do the paperwork that makes next summer easier.
In an office here, the west-facing rooms lose the afternoon and everybody else is fine. The temptation is to add capacity; the cheaper answers are shade, balancing and making sure those rooms have a return path.
We will put figures to it before anybody quotes equipment, and if the honest answer is that the building needs more capacity on that side, we will say that too — with a calculation behind it.
